About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Lead Generation, and Campaign Optimization.

Freshers with relevant knowledge, certifications, internships, or a strong interest in performance marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work with content and creative teams to develop effective ad copies, creatives,



and landing page campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.

Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO, and PPC.
- Understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with Digital Marketing certifications or internship experience will be preferred.
