Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing performance marketing activities such as paid social, search, and display campaigns, tracking campaign metrics, and preparing regular performance reports. The executive will collaborate closely with creative, sales, and account teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies,



and refining campaigns for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning skills, including campaign strategy development, budgeting, and performance forecasting.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, competitive activity, and channel effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and coordinate with external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to understand funnels, conversion tactics, and brand positioning in digital environments.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics dashboards) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, comfort with data, and experience working with KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate are preferred.
