Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales for Bhawani Group’s real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing performance marketing strategies, conducting market and audience analysis, managing paid campaigns across channels, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives, improving conversion rates, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata,



requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and analytical skills to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support lead conversion.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), basic SEO/SEM knowledge, and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Strong numerical aptitude, ability to interpret data, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are beneficial.
- Experience in real estate marketing or property-related campaigns in the Kolkata market will be an added advantage.
