We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who thrives on data, creativity, and results. Someone who can craft, manage, and optimize paid campaigns that don’t just bring clicks — but real business impact.

? What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and other platforms.

Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI.

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.

A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.





Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams.

Experience in PODCASTS is a win win!

? What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.

Robust understanding of Google Ads (YOUTUBE important) , Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing.

Analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions.

Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.

Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic ads, or podcast growth

Experience in the Finance Industry with financial brands (BFSI)
