Role Description

This full-time remote role combines performance marketing and sales responsibilities to support client growth and revenue generation.

The Performance

Marketer & Sales Specialist will plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display, using analytics tools to monitor KPIs and improve ROI. In parallel, this role will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and service demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline through to close.



The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign messaging with client needs, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to strategic planning and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

- Performance marketing skills, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Analytical skills, including data interpretation, KPI tracking, and use of marketing tools.
- Communication and relationship-building skills, including persuasive presentation, negotiation, and client support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing or sales in an agency or B2B workplace is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
