Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible skilled to support coordination between Management, Internal Teams, External Digital Marketing Agencies, and Clients.

The role focuses on business coordination, communication, follow-ups, Executive Assistance, and operational support within a digital marketing environment, rather than hands-on campaign execution.

Payscale

INR 15,000- 21,000 (for the initial 6 months)

INR 3 LPA- 4.5 LPA (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Liaise with external digital marketing agencies regarding requirements, feedback, and timelines.
- Coordinate client communication, approvals, feedback, and pending requirements.
- Assist Management with meetings, calls, schedules, and day-to-day priorities.
- Monitor ongoing activities, identify delays, and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain clear communication between Management, Teams, Agencies, and Clients.




- Prepare concise updates on completed, ongoing, pending, and delayed tasks.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional email and client communication.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Paid Media Marketing is a must.

Note: Only candidates from Punjab and nearby areas of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh should apply. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
