About the Role

HypeSquad Digital Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.

The person in this role will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role involves campaign analysis, lead generation, conversion tracking and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets and advertisements.
- Conduct audience research and identify relevant targeting opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
- Analyse metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Perform basic A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copy and campaign settings.
- Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copy requirements.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and relevant events.
- Analyse lead quality and campaign conversion data.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Identify areas for improving lead generation and conversion performance.
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting.

Required Skills




- 1–2 years of practical experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting and budget management.
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience working with CRM or lead management systems.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.

Education A degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant practical experience.
