Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms, driving high-quality leads and measurable ROI for our admissions business.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant ad platforms
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across campaigns for maximum efficiency
- Track and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative assets and ad copy




- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace
- Prior experience in ed-tech, lead-gen, or B2C performance marketing is a plus
