We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and focused on generating leads, sales, and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL).
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to improve ad performance.

Requirements

- Better knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
