Ace Blend is a premium nutraceutical wellness brand focused on science-backed nutrition and up-to-date wellness. We create high-quality products across functional nutrition, plant-based protein, vitamins, omega supplements and everyday wellness.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid marketing, drive customer acquisition and optimize campaigns across key digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversions and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, placements and budgets to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work closely with the creative, content and e-commerce teams to develop performance-driven campaigns.




- Track customer acquisition and funnel performance across different channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports with key insights, learnings and action plans.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, tools and best practices.
- Take ownership of campaign scaling while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, nutraceutical, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands would be preferred.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion funnels and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working with performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets and performance targets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
