About the Role
Bon La Vie is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our paid marketing campaigns and drive measurable online growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads to increase website traffic, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns.
- Develop and manage prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and optimize spending for better ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the content/creative team to develop performance-focused creatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing paid campaigns with a focus on conversions and revenue.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, Shopify, or retail brands will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
