About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Performance Management System (PMS) Specialist with strong expertise in CRM integration, performance management, KRA/KPI development, and workflow implementation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our performance management framework while integrating it effectively with our CRM and internal systems.

This role will work closely with HR, Operations, Management, and IT teams to create a structured, measurable, and technology-driven performance management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities• Design, configure, and customize PMS workflows and modules within the CRM system.

- Develop structured KRA and KPI frameworks aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Create role-wise and department-wise performance measurement systems.




- Translate business objectives into measurable performance indicators and review mechanisms.
- Integrate employee performance tracking with relevant CRM workflows and operational data.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and functional heads to improve PMS processes.
- Design Excel-based dashboards, trackers, scorecards, and performance reports where required.
- Develop CRM-native dashboards and reporting mechanisms for management visibility.
- Establish performance review cycles, monitoring systems, and reporting structures.
- Identify gaps in existing PMS processes and recommend improvements.
- Train managers and employees on the effective use of CRM-integrated PMS systems.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across performance-related data and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BMS, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

✔ 8–10 years of relevant experience in Performance Management Systems, CRM implementation, HR systems, or project/performance management tools.

✔ Strong experience in designing and implementing KRA/KPI frameworks.

✔ Hands-on understanding of CRM configuration,



workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.

✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including performance trackers and management reporting.

✔ Ability to understand organizational objectives and convert them into measurable performance parameters.

✔ Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process-design skills.

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with HR, Operations, IT, and senior management.

✔ Strong communication and employee training capabilities.
