We’re looking to hire a Performance Creative Designer for brands Fast&Up; and Chicnutrix. This role is focused on execution speed and impact on revenue, not just good-looking designs. What the role involves
- Designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplaces
- Creating multiple variations for testing, not just one final design
- Building offer-led creatives (discounts, bundles, urgency-based communication)
- Designing website banners, landing sections, and sale assets
- Supporting execution during sale periods with quick turnaround times
- Working closely with marketing and developers to ensure things go live smoothly
How we work
- Fast turnaround is expected — most work is same-day or short TAT
- We focus heavily on testing and iteration
- Priorities can shift quickly, especially during sale cycles
- AI tools are used actively to speed up output (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prior experience working with D2C or ecommerce brands
- Someone who can deliver quickly without getting stuck on perfection
- Understanding of what works in performance marketing creatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setup
Good to have
- 1- 2 yrs work experience
- Basic understanding of Shopify layouts (banners, sections, etc.)
- Experience with video creatives or reels
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior in ads
