We are looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to develop, customize, integrate, and support PeopleSoft applications. You will work with functional consultants and business users to deliver enhancements, interfaces, reports, and production fixes. PeopleSoft experience is mandatory, and you must have worked on at least one of the three tracks we run.

Which of the three you come from does not matter, and we will train you on the others. We will hire someone who can take a functional specification, build it, test it, and support it in production with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations, enhancements, and technical fixes as per development standards. Translate functional requirements into technical designs and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

Build solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, and File Layouts.

Build inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker, REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and flat files.

Develop reports and queries using SQR, BI Publisher, XML Publisher,



PS Query, and nVision.

Handle data conversion and migration using Component Interfaces, Data Mover, SQL scripts, and Application Engine. • Debug production issues and tune SQL, batch processes, and Application Engine programs for performance.

Support PeopleSoft Image upgrades, PUM updates, retrofitting, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.

Key Skills

3 to 10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Strong PeopleTools skills, including Application Designer, Data Mover, and Change Assistant.Robust SQL and Oracle Database skills.Hands-on experience with Integration Broker and REST or SOAP integrations.Working knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and performance tuning.Hands-on development experience in at least one of the tracks below.
