Pega Platform Senior/Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Pega Platform skilled with strong application development, integration, architecture, and team-handling experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega frameworks, system integration, Agile delivery, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design applications and orchestrate process flows, SLA, and skill-based routing.
- Define class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
- Develop and integrate applications with databases and external systems using SOAP/REST, JMS, and MQ.
- Design application security using Access Groups, Roles, and Privileges.
- Work with Ruleset hierarchy and develop reusable components.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, Guardrail compliance, AES, and SMA tools.
- Handle application environments and deployment activities.




- Work on UI and reporting components.
- Apply Pega Decision Management techniques.
- Develop integrations, connectors, services, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Participate in application development and system integration projects rather than predominantly maintenance activities.
- Work in Agile delivery environments and handle multiple Scrum teams.
- Manage teams and handle client communication independently.
