Key Job Responsibilities :-
- Management of Broiler breeder flocks and farm operations.
- Monitoring production performance and maintaining farm records
- Supervising daily farm activities and workforce management
- Implementing and maintaining strict biosecurity protocols.
- Managing feed , water health and Vaccination programs.
- Ensuring optimum breeder performance and productivity
- Maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency .
- Preparing reports and coordinating with management teams.
