Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer – PEB to manage and coordinate PEB projects from project handover through erection and completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, design, production, procurement, dispatch, erection and site teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete execution of PEB projects from project handover to completion.
- Study project drawings, BOQ, specifications, scope of work and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with the Design/Engineering team for drawings, revisions and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, planning, dispatch and erection teams for project requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project execution schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor material requirements, fabrication, dispatch and delivery at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors regarding project progress and technical issues.
- Supervise and monitor PEB erection activities at site.
- Ensure erection is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Check alignment, level, structural connections, roofing, cladding, flashing and other PEB installation activities.
- Monitor manpower, equipment and site resources required for project execution.
- Track project progress and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Identify project delays,



technical issues and material shortages and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site safety requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, inspection reports, measurement sheets and completion documents.
- Coordinate with the billing team for measurements, client certification and project billing.
- Handle client/consultant inspections and project handover activities.
- Conduct site visits and attend project review meetings as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB and structural steel construction.
- Knowledge of PEB erection methodology and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings and erection drawings.
- Knowledge of steel structures, roofing, cladding and related PEB components.
- Positive project planning and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Construction Projects.

PEB experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
