Reporting To: Principal/Campus Head.

Role Overview:

To educate, inspire, and nurture students' physical, emotional, and social development through a variety of physical activities, sports, and fitness programs, while promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and sportsmanship, ultimately preparing students to become active, confident, and responsible individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality instruction on various physical skills and techniques and foster a deep understanding of physical education and its benefits.
- Design and implement fitness and wellness programs for students and promote healthy lifestyles and habits.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students and foster a positive and supportive team setting.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in physical education.




- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum and align curriculum with state and national standards.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in physical education activities and foster a love of physical activity and lifelong learning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Measure: Average student scores on fitness assessments. (80% of students demonstrate a minimum of 70% fitness level).
- Measure: Percentage of students participating in physical education classes. (100% of students participate regularly.)
- Measure: Teacher observations and student self-assessments. (80% of students demonstrate good sportsmanship.)
- Measure: Percentage of students participating in physical education programs. (75% of students participate outside of class).
