Role Description The PCI DSS Compliance Process Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining PCI DSS compliance processes, including monitoring controls, documenting procedures, and assisting with internal and external audits. The specialist will coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather evidence, update compliance records, and track remediation activities for identified gaps.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, preparing compliance reports, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.



The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting training initiatives, and helping ensure that payment-related systems remain secure and compliant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with practical experience in PCI DSS or similar security and payment standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret compliance data, assess risks, and support effective decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Legal Compliance, including understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines affecting payment security.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document processes, and support audit interactions.
- Experience with information security frameworks, risk management, or IT audit methodologies is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and capacity to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad are important.
