Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the PCD Pharma Franchise business.

- Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners and distributors.

- Generate leads through calling, digital platforms, references, and other channels.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product lists, quotations, orders, and dispatch.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-up records.

Requirements

- 25 years of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Sales / Business Development.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in handling pharma distributors, stockists, or franchise partners.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical/PCD market.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
