Job Title: Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report patients’ basic needs and any changes in their condition to nurses.
- Assist nurses and doctors during patient care when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings.
- Help in shifting and transporting patients safely within the hospital.
- Support patients with personal care and provide emotional support.
- Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
- Handle basic patient-care equipment properly.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties assigned by the nursing or hospital management team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA/Patient Care Assistant or similar healthcare role.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
