Pumo Technovation is looking for a PCB Design Technical Trainer with strong practical knowledge of PCB design and electrical design tools.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Altium Designer, KiCad or Eagle, Cadence and AutoCAD Electrical, along with the ability to train students through practical, industry-oriented projects.
Kannada communication is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on PCB Design and Electrical Design.
- Train students in PCB design concepts from fundamentals to advanced workflows.
- Provide hands-on training using Altium Designer, KiCad or Eagle, Cadence and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Guide students in creating schematic designs and PCB layouts.
- Explain PCB design workflows, component selection and design practices.
- Guide students through PCB projects from schematic → layout → routing → design validation → manufacturing outputs.
- Train students on component placement, routing, layers, footprints and design rules.
- Explain PCB design standards, best practices and design-for-manufacturing concepts.
- Train students in electrical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Guide students through practical industry-oriented projects and assignments.
- Conduct assessments, project reviews and technical discussions.
- Help students troubleshoot design and software-related issues.
- Develop and update training content,
exercises and project modules.
- Mentor students for technical interviews and industry requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable demonstrating these tools through practical examples and projects. Additional Knowledge – Advantage

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Mechatronics
- or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience in PCB Design / Electrical Design / Electronics Design / Technical Training.
- Strong practical knowledge of PCB design tools.
- Candidates with both industry and training experience are preferred.
Communication Requirements
- Kannada – Mandatory
- English – Good communication skills required.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Good presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting hands-on practical training.

Circuit/Schematic → PCB Layout → Component Placement → Routing → DRC → Manufacturing Files → Final PCB while providing practical training using industry-standard tools.
