PCB Assembly Production Engineer :

- Manage daily PCB assembly operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SMT, through-hole, and manual soldering processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime in PCB assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in production.
- Monitor production yields and implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
- Maintain and update documentation for production processes and improvements.
- Train and guide assembly technicians to improve performance and technical skills.




- Support the introduction of new products by developing assembly workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
