Roles and Responsibilities

- Authorize transactions, open current accounts, maintain existing ones, and provide excellent customer service at the branch level.

- Ensure accurate account opening and maintenance processes adhering to bank policies and procedures.

- Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently during peak hours or special events.

- Provide guidance on various banking products such as CASA deposits, NEFT transfers, cheque clearing services (RTGS), etc.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about banking operations to resolve customer queries effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in retail banking operations with expertise in authorization roles.

- Strong understanding of branch banking operations including account opening, maintenance, servicing & accounting functions.

- Proficiency in using technology-based systems for efficient transaction processing (NEFT/RTGS).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently under pressure during peak hours or special events.
