Paytm Money is building the next generation of wealth management and investment products for India. As a Growth, Process & Data Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of analytics, CRM, and growth strategy - owning the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers our user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will independently drive cohort analytics, campaign attribution, CLTV modelling, and business review reporting, while acting as the primary bridge between the CRM and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end campaign operations: campaign intake, requirement understanding, audience setup, communication configuration, QA, launch, monitoring and post-campaign closure.
- Translate growth / CRM briefs into clear execution plans covering audience, eligibility, triggers, journeys, channel, frequency, dependencies, timelines and success metrics.
- Manage campaign execution across CRM channels such as Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in-app, using platforms such as CleverTap / Seller Panel or equivalent.
- Partner with Data / Analytics teams to define cohorts, segments, event logic and data requirements; ensure audience accuracy and campaign eligibility before launch.
- Establish rigorous campaign QA and governance covering copy, links, variables, deep links, targeting, suppression rules, frequency caps, scheduling and tracking.
- Own campaign calendars and operating rhythms, prioritising multiple campaigns and ensuring timely delivery with minimal execution errors.
- Monitor live campaigns, identify delivery / targeting / performance issues, coordinate resolution and maintain campaign health dashboards / trackers.
- Drive campaign measurement and post-campaign reporting, including delivery, engagement,



conversion, incremental impact and key learnings; feed insights back into future campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with Growth, Product, Analytics, Design, Content, Tech and Compliance / Legal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and approvals.
- Build scalable SOPs, checklists, templates and automation to improve campaign turnaround time, quality, consistency and operational efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

- 3-6 years of experience in growth analytics, CRM analytics, or a data specialist role, preferably in fintech, consumer internet, or BFSI.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL & dashboards, with demonstrated experience building cohort analyses, funnel analytics, and behavioural segmentation models.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools - Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent - and the ability to build leadership-ready dashboards independently.
- Good understanding of stock markets, investment products (equities, mutual funds, derivatives), and investor behaviour - essential to contextualize growth metrics within Paytm Money's product ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and present structured, insight-driven PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders and business reviews.
- Graduate from a reputed institution, or equivalent practical experience in a high-growth startup.
- Prior experience in a fintech or wealth-tech workplace with working knowledge of CRM platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar) is strongly preferred.
