Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, salary, deductions, and employee payroll data.
- Process statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
- Handle payroll inputs for current joiners, exits, increments, incentives, and arrears.
- Prepare payroll reports,MIS, and salary-related statements.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll.
- Ensure timely salary processing and generation of payslips.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records.
