Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with 2 To 6 years of robust hands-on experience in payroll processing and payroll operations. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of monthly payroll processing, salary computation, statutory compliances, payroll inputs, deductions, and employee payroll queries.

The ideal candidate should have dedicated payroll experience and be comfortable handling payroll activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
- Collect, validate, and process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other salary components.
- Calculate gross salary, net salary, deductions, arrears, incentives, and other payroll components.
- Handle payroll-related statutory deductions and compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll reports and salary statements.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary processing.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, PF, ESI, tax, and other payroll matters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee payroll data.
- Prepare payroll MIS and various payroll-related reports.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.




- Process full and final settlement calculations for employees leaving the organization.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure payroll processing is completed as per defined timelines and company policies.
- Support payroll audits and statutory requirements whenever required.

Required Skills
- 2 To 6 years of hands-on Payroll experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and statutory payroll compliance.
- Good knowledge of salary structures and payroll calculations.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Software / HRMS / ERP systems.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary information.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with dedicated Payroll experience will be preferred.
- Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing.
- Candidates with only general HR/HR Operations experience and limited payroll exposure are not preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling payroll independently.
- Male / Female candidates are welcome to apply.
