Role: Senior Payroll Executive / Team Lead

Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Handle monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other components.
- Ensure accurate processing of salary, Full & Final settlements, and payroll adjustments.
- Manage statutory payroll compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare and validate payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within timelines.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams for payroll-related activities.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support payroll audits and statutory inspections,



wherever required.
- Guide and coordinate with the payroll team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Experience in handling payroll for a large employee base will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage payroll operations and lead a small team.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
