Are you passionate about numbers, accuracy, and client service? We’re looking for detail-oriented and driven accounting professionals for our Restaurant Accounting Vertical to join our growing team at Analytix Business Solutions!

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Calculate regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and other payroll adjustments.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
- Manage payroll-related journal entries and ensure accurate posting in accounting systems.
- Reconcile payroll accounts, payroll taxes, benefits, and general ledger balances.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare, review, and file payroll tax returns and payroll-related statutory reports.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, payslips, W-2s, and other employee payroll documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll queries and exceptions.




- Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist with audits by providing payroll schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Update payroll trackers, process documentation, and client reports regularly.
- Protect confidential employee and client information while adhering to data security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 guidelines.
