Payroll Operations

- Manage end-to-end SAP Payroll processing for employees across plants, sales offices and corporate.

- Ensure accurate and timely salary, incentives, bonus and statutory payments.

- Robust hands-on knowledge of SAP Payroll processing, wage types, schemas, retro, PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS.

- Ensure smooth integration of payroll data between SAP, Zoho and attendance systems.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure multi-state payroll and statutory compliance.

- Support PF/ESI inspections, labour audits, statutory notices and government authorities.

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory inputs to Finance.

Master Data & MIS

- Maintain accurate SAP & Zoho employee master data and payroll records.

- Ensure payroll controls, documentation and audit readiness.

- Prepare payroll MIS, analytical reports and dashboards.

- Support budgeting and C&B; benchmarking activities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Admin and plant/location teams.

- Manage payroll vendors and monitor SLA and service quality.

- Drive SAP payroll process improvements, automation and standardization.
