Payroll Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Experience: 8-15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations for 3,000+ employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll processing.
- Handle Indian Payroll, TDS calculation & taxation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF and statutory requirements.
- Manage multi-location/multi-state payroll and payroll governance.
- Prepare payroll MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Manage employee master data, attendance/HRMS integration and payroll vendors.
- Drive payroll process improvement and automation.
