- Build manual, first-principles Employer of Record cost calculations for UK, EU, Australia and India — covering employer NI/social security, pension/superannuation contributions, apprenticeship levy, statutory sick pay, holiday pay accrual, PF/ESI/gratuity, and other country-specific statutory costs.
- Convert these calculations into explicit, easy-to-read illustrations that our sales and account management teams can present directly to prospective clients evaluating PamGro.
- Maintain and update statutory rates, thresholds, and contribution bands as regulations change across each geography, so every illustration we send out is accurate.
- Partner with the sales team on pricing conversations, answering client questions on cost breakdowns in real time.
2. Payroll Operations (UK, EU, Australia, India)
- Coordinate with global EOR employees and contractors for timely timesheet collection.
- Prepare payroll inputs for sharing with in-country accountants and payroll partners.
- Audit reports received from local accountants for accuracy before sign-off.
- Schedule and own pay runs end-to-end, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Handle payroll-related queries raised by EOR employees directly.
- Prepare and communicate reconciliation sheets related to payslips.
3. AP-AR & Financial Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable / accounts receivable cycles tied to payroll and client billing.
- Coordinate with the contracts, payments, and invoicing teams and account managers for smooth end-to-end operations.
4. Compliance
- Ensure adherence to FCSA standards for UK payroll and compliance, including AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) and pay comparator requirements.
- Keep payroll practices aligned with statutory requirements across all operating geographies.
5. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 (Payroll / Accounts Executives), reviewing their calculation work for accuracy.
- Build the team's ability to understand payroll math, not just execute software workflows.
