Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts, Payroll & GST Coordinator to support our growing Australian property management business.

The role will focus on accounts, payroll, GST and financial administration, along with HR, recruitment and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll, including salaries, deductions, attendance and leave.
- Handle accounts, invoicing, bills, payments, receivables/payables and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounting reports.
- Manage GST calculations, reconciliations and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and HR administration.
- Post job vacancies online,



manage applications and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain CRM, spreadsheets and business records.
- Prepare reports and support general office administration.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts & Payroll.
- Strong hands-on payroll experience is essential.
- Experience with accounting/payroll software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred: Experience with Xero, Zoho or QuickBooks.
