We’re looking for a confident, warm, and energetic Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team.
You’ll be the person who makes patients feel comfortable from their first WhatsApp message or phone call to the completion of their treatment.
Salary : Rs.15,000 plus incentive
What you’ll do
- Welcome and engage with patients in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage appointments, enquiries, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Coordinate between patients, dentists, and the clinic team.
- Explain treatment plans and assist patients through their treatment journey.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Help create a premium, welcoming patient experience.
We’re looking for someone who is
- Excellent at communication and relationship-building
- Confident, presentable, and approachable
- Organized and good at follow-ups
- Comfortable speaking in English & Tamil
- Passionate about healthcare, people, and customer experience
- Prior dental/healthcare experience is an advantage, but the right attitude matters most.
