Role & responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in the hospital

- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Build and maintain solid relationships with patients and attendants

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient service

- Ensure patient satisfaction by providing timely support and guidance

- Assist in admission, discharge, and billing coordination

- Manage front office operations and guide patients to the respective departments

- Maintain proper documentation and patient records

- Support hospital branding, events, and promotional activities

- Handle corporate tie-ups, referrals, and insurance coordination

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and service standards

- Follow up with patients for feedback and service improvement
