JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Speaking with patients and their relatives - Explaining procedures and guiding patients about the treatment process - Coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups - Taking patient feedback and maintaining good patient relationships - Handling online patient enquiries - Telecalling prospective patients and following up with enquiries - Converting enquiries into appointments through effective communication - Coordinating with the doctor and clinic staff - Helping patients throughout their clinic journey
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS - Good at communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and convincing while speaking with patients - Has good sales and telecalling skills - Polite,
presentable and patient-friendly - Comfortable speaking on the phone and WhatsApp - Responsible and willing to take initiative - Able to work independently as well as with the clinic team - Previous experience in hospital/clinic patient coordination, healthcare sales or telecalling will be an advantage
ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVE CHANCE
This position offers very good performance-based incentives. A skilled and high-performing candidate can potentially earn ₹25,000–₹50,000 or even more per month through incentives, depending on performance, patient conversions and results. There is no fixed upper limit on incentive earnings for a high-performing candidate. Valuable communication, sales ability and a positive attitude are more important than just qualifications.
