- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Collect and update patient demographic and basic insurance information.
- Address patient queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and call details in the system.
- Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / BPO.
- Freshers are most welcome.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare is an advantage.
- Good listening and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
