- Review, analyze, and report pathology investigations
- Supervise laboratory operations and quality control processes
- Interpret hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, histopathology, and cytology reports
- Coordinate with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and patient management
- Oversee microbiology testing, culture reports, and infection control practices where applicable
- Ensure compliance with NABL and laboratory quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
- Guide laboratory technicians and support staff
Skills Required
- Strong diagnostic and reporting skills
- Knowledge of microbiology and laboratory quality systems
- Excellent communication and clinical coordination abilities
