Job Title: Puff Maker / Bakery Production Chef

Location: Taj Palace Bakery, Old Washermenpet, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

- Work begins daily at 7:00 AM.
- Upon arrival, employees must maintain personal cleanliness and ensure their work area is cleaned and sanitized before starting production.
- Prepare bakery products following strict hygiene and quality standards.
- Products to be prepared include:
- Veg Puffs
- Egg Puffs
- Chicken Puffs
- Mutton Puffs
- Cheese Puffs
- Croissants
- Ensure all products are prepared consistently according to the bakery's quality standards.
- After production, arrange and pack the products neatly in their designated trays, boxes, or containers.
- Hand over finished products to the pickup and delivery personnel and ensure all dispatched items are properly recorded in the production and sales accounts.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and workstations throughout the day.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

(Break timings will be assigned by management.)

Company Rules

- Mobile phones are not permitted during working hours except in case of emergencies and with management approval.
- Employees are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Quality, hygiene, and timely production are mandatory requirements of the position.

- Experience in preparing bakery puff products and croissants.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
