Key Skills & Requirements

? 3+ years of experience in:

- Patent Drafting & Preparation
- Patent Prosecution
- Patent Litigation

? Robust technical expertise in one or more of the following domains:
- Wireless Communications (4G/5G/6G, WLAN, Bluetooth)
- System-on-Chip (SoC)
- CPU, GPU, DSP,

Key Responsibilities ? Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications before the Indian and international patent offices.

? Conduct patentability assessments, prior-art searches, and FTO analyses.

? Manage and grow patent portfolios aligned with business objectives.

? Advise engineering and business teams on intellectual property matters and protection strategies.

? Support patent enforcement, litigation, licensing, and other IP-related initiatives.

? Work closely with inventors to identify, evaluate, and protect innovative technologies.
