Role Description The Parts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Odissey Superbikes dealership in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for overseeing the parts department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing service parts and accessories.

The Parts

Manager will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely availability of parts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, optimizing inventory control processes, and handling customer inquiries related to parts and accessories.



The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing parts-related promotions, and maintaining a clean, organized parts storage and display area.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to support riders and internal teams professionally.
- Experience with inventory control and inventory management, including tracking, forecasting, and stock optimization.
- Knowledge of service parts and superbike components, with the ability to identify and source correct parts efficiently.
- Solid organizational and record-keeping skills, including use of dealership management or inventory software.
- Previous experience in an automotive, motorcycle, or related parts management role preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bhubaneswar and collaborate effectively with sales, service, and management teams.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills for working with customers and suppliers.
- Basic understanding of superbikes and riding culture; technical knowledge or mechanical background is an advantage.
