We're hiring: Partnerships Manager – Study in Finland

We'll be upfront: this is a results role. If you have a real network of education agents and want to build a strong partner channel for a destination most of the market hasn't tapped yet, read on. If you're looking for a title and a desk, this isn't it.

About Finnishline

Finnishline is a Finnish company building the leading platform for students who want to study in Finland. We work directly with Finnish universities and recruit students across South Asia and beyond.

The role

You will build and run our agent partner network across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh: finding the right partners, getting them actively working with us and making sure every student they send meets our standards. You'll be measured on students delivered through partners, not on agreements signed.

Markets

- India: Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Gujarat and other key hubs (in person where needed)
- Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (managed remotely from Mohali)

What we expect from you

- A partner network that grows quickly in the first months and keeps growing, built on quality relationships rather than volume of sign-ups
- Partners who are genuinely active: sending applications regularly, not holding a signed MoU in a drawer
- A steady, predictable flow of well-prepared, fee-paying students from your network
- Clear weekly reporting on partner activity, applications and conversions
- Partners who follow the agreed terms on payments, refunds and commissions, every time
- Ownership: you treat the partner channel as your own business line

What you'll do

- Bring your existing agent network on board and grow it across all four countries
- Pitch Finland to agents who have never worked with it before




- Onboard and train partner counsellors on our processes and requirements
- Run regular online partner webinars and trainings, plus partner meetings and events in India
- Screen candidate quality with partners before interviews and applications
- Hold the line on our partner terms while keeping relationships strong
- Keep the CRM clean and work closely with our admissions and marketing teams in India and Finland

Who you are

- 3–5+ years in study-abroad B2B or partner management; aggregator or consultancy sub-agent desk experience preferred
- 30–50 education agents you can call on day one, across India and ideally Nepal, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh
- A confident presenter, online and in a room full of agents
- Organised and data-driven, comfortable working to targets
- Firm but diplomatic
- Excellent English and Hindi; Punjabi, Nepali, Sinhala or Bengali a strong plus
