Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across Logistics, E-commerce, SaaS & Technology.
- Identify new partnership and business development opportunities.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and growth.
- Drive joint GTM initiatives and partner-led business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partner relationship management.
- Track partner performance and drive revenue/business outcomes.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Channel Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Commercial mindset with robust business development capabilities.
- Experience in SaaS, Logistics Tech, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Technology is preferred.
