Roles &
- Responsibilities

- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with brands and platforms.

- Negotiate commercials and close win-win deals with gift card providers.

- Create joint marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners.
–
- Monitor performance, usage, and ROI of partnerships.

- Maintain regular communication and relationship nurturing.

- Explore new business lines and alliance opportunities.
Requirements

- Qualifications
– 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or vendor management.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Solid understanding of corporate gifting or loyalty ecosystem is a plus.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
–
- Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and business communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive measurable impact.
