We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Typist to prepare professionally formatted Science question papers, worksheets, assignments, answer keys and other academic material for a JEE/NEET coaching institute.

Key Responsibilities
- Type Physics question papers accurately.
- Create clean and professional scientific diagrams, figures, tables, graphs and flowcharts.
- Type mathematical equations, chemical reactions, symbols, subscripts, superscripts and scientific notation correctly.
- Format MCQs, numerical questions, assertion-reason questions, case-based questions and descriptive papers.
- Prepare answer keys, solutions, worksheets, assignments and test series.
- Insert, redraw, resize and align diagrams without affecting document quality.
- Maintain consistent fonts, spacing, margins, numbering, headers, footers and page layouts.
- Proofread documents for typing, formatting, spelling and numbering errors.
- Make corrections and complete assigned papers within the given deadlines.
- Organise and securely maintain academic files and question-paper records.
- Coordinate with Physics faculty members.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Valuable knowledge of Equation Editor, symbols, tables and advanced Word formatting.
- Ability to create or redraw professional Science diagrams.
- Basic proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, CorelDRAW,



Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar diagram/design software is preferred.
- Familiarity with English and Hindi typing is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Science terminology up to Classes 11–12 or JEE/NEET level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
- Graduate, diploma holder or qualified candidate with relevant computer skills.
- Previous experience typing school, coaching, competitive-exam or JEE/NEET question papers is strongly preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they have excellent MS Word formatting and diagram-making skills.

Candidate Preference Candidates who live in or near Sector 49, Chandigarh, Mohali or nearby areas will be preferred due to the on-site part-time schedule.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical typing and formatting test. The test may include:
- Typing one page of Science questions
- Formatting equations and chemical reactions
- Creating or redrawing a scientific diagram
- Preparing a clean question-paper layout
