Rise to Skill is an offline training institute located in RT Nagar / Kaveri Nagar, Bengaluru. We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Software Trainers to train and mentor students through practical courses, projects and internship programs.

Important: This is primarily an offline, part-time training opportunity. Candidates should be able to travel to our training centre in RT Nagar, Bengaluru. This is not a regular full-time software development position.

Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training for students.
- Explain technical concepts clearly with practical examples.
- Conduct hands-on coding and practical sessions.
- Guide students in academic, internship and real-world projects.
- Mentor students during project development.
- Prepare exercises, assignments and project activities.
- Review student work and provide technical feedback.
- Conduct workshops or short-term training sessions when required.
- Support course, internship and project batches based on availability.

Weekday, evening and weekend opportunities may be available depending on batch requirements.

Compensation

Trainer remuneration will be based on factors including technical expertise, industry experience, training experience, subject, batch, project and number of training hours.

Compensation may be structured on an hourly, session or batch basis depending on the assignment.
