This is a part-time, in-person teaching prospect at a well-known engineering campus in Electronic City, Bengaluru .

We are looking for experienced industry professionals who are interested in teaching and mentoring engineering students through practical, industry-oriented courses.

Time Commitment

- 2–3 sessions per week
- Approximately 2 hours per session
- Course duration: around 2 months
- Part-time engagement
- Sessions will be conducted in person at the campus in Electronic City, Bengaluru
- Schedule can be planned based on instructor and campus availability

Who Should Apply We are looking for professionals who:
- Have 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Are currently working, or have significant hands-on experience, in one or more of the listed domains
- Have strong practical and conceptual knowledge of their subject
- Can explain complex concepts clearly
- Are interested in mentoring and interacting with engineering students
- Can commit to the course schedule for approximately 2 months
- Are comfortable travelling to Electronic City, Bengaluru for in-person sessions

Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, but not mandatory . Strong industry experience and the ability to communicate concepts effectively are more important.

What You Will Do





As an instructor, you will:

- Deliver structured, practical sessions based on the course curriculum
- Explain concepts using real-world industry examples
- Guide students through exercises, discussions, assignments, or projects where applicable
- Share practical insights from your professional experience
- Help students understand how concepts are applied in real engineering and industry environments
- Collaborate with the academic/program team where required to ensure the course is delivered effectively

Ideal Background Depending on the course, relevant backgrounds may include:

HFT / Trading Systems

Low-latency systems, quantitative trading infrastructure, C/C++, networking, exchange connectivity, performance optimization, market systems, trading platforms, Linux systems programming.

Software Engineering / HLD

Distributed systems, system design, backend engineering, scalability, microservices, databases, APIs, architecture, cloud systems.

AI / ML / NLP

Machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, transformers, NLP, model development, applied AI systems, production ML.

Data Engineering

Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, Spark, Kafka, data warehouses, distributed data systems, cloud data platforms.

DSA / Web Development

Strong problem-solving fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, frontend/backend development, modern web frameworks, APIs, databases.

Product Management
