Part-Time Psychologist – Corporate Sessions

About the Role

MantraCare is looking for a Part-Time Psychologist to conduct one-on-one counselling and wellness sessions for corporate employees at client locations in Bengaluru.

The psychologist will be required to visit the assigned corporate location and provide professional, confidential, and employee-focused psychological support.

Location & Schedule Every week

? Tuesday:

Whitefield Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066

? Thursday: Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560037

? Timing: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one counselling and psychological wellness sessions for corporate employees.
- Provide a safe, confidential, and professional environment for employees.
- Understand employee concerns and provide appropriate psychological support.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Manage session schedules and ensure timely availability at the client location.
- Maintain basic session records as required.




- Coordinate with the MantraCare team regarding session schedules and client requirements.
- Follow professional and ethical standards while working with corporate employees.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology/Clinical Psychology or a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in counselling or psychological support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting in-person corporate counselling sessions .
- Skilled, empathetic, and confidential approach.
- Must be willing to travel to the assigned Bengaluru/Brookefield client locations .
- Prior experience in corporate wellness/EAP will be an advantage.
