We are looking for a Part-Time Mechanical Helper to support our mechanical and fabrication team in day-to-day workshop and site activities. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, physically fit, willing to learn, and able to assist technicians and engineers with basic mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics, technicians, welders, and engineers in daily mechanical work.
- Support loading, unloading, shifting, and arranging tools and materials.
- Assist in machine assembly, installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities.
- Handle basic hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians.
- Support fabrication and site work as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of mechanical work is preferred.
- ITI / Mechanical background will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant helper experience can apply.
- Positive physical fitness and willingness to work at site/workshop.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
- Daily wages: ₹1,000–₹1,200 per day, depending on experience and skill level.
- Work will be on a part-time/daily-wage basis as per project requirements.
