About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor to join our creative team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, brand promotions, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and present social media videos, Reels, promotional content, interviews, and digital campaigns.
- Deliver scripts naturally and confidently while maintaining audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content writers, videographers, editors, and social media teams.
- Participate in content planning and contribute creative ideas for videos.
- Adapt presentation style according to different brands, audiences, and content requirements.
- Participate in indoor and outdoor shoots as required.
- Handle multiple takes and improvise naturally when required.
- Maintain professional appearance, body language, voice modulation, and on-camera presence.
- Stay updated with social media trends, popular content formats, and audience preferences.
- Represent brands professionally during shoots and promotional activities.
- Contribute ideas for engaging hooks, introductions, and short-form video content.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as an Anchor, Presenter, Host, Content Creator, or similar role.




- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong and confident on-camera presence.
- Clear pronunciation, voice modulation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver scripts naturally and engage with the audience.
- Comfortable working with cameras and creative production teams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet production schedules.

Preferred

- Experience in digital media, social media, advertising, or content production.
- Experience hosting Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, interviews, or promotional content.
- Ability to improvise and create engaging content naturally in front of the camera.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form content.
- Previous experience working with brands or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
